The Camaro SS was originally designed as a Z28; it was delivered to SLP (Street Legal Performance Company.) Engineers from SLP worked on the Z28 to upgrade the car. After SLP engineers have altered it, it is converted into an SS (Super Sport). SS vehicles are then sent back to the GM before it can be delivered to the dealer that pre-ordered the vehicle. There are total of 964 30th Anniversary Edition Camaro SS, and there are total of 3,351 30th Anniversary Edition Camaro Z28. There are also 225 30th Anniversary Camaro for Canada or Export which make the total of 4,534 30th Anniversary Camaro in the world. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
